Applicant Screening
Our priority is hiring the best talent available so our clients receive the best service. We recruit year round and seek out only those who studied computer science from the top 3 universities as well as have 3+ years of experience.

Phone Screening
After thoroughly reviewing resumes, we conduct phone interviews to determine if a candidate’s personality fits well with our company culture. We also ask technical questions to test their knowledge and skills.

Face-To-Face Interview
Our team, including our technical architect and product manager, meet in person with the potential hire. Current team members vote on whether or not a candidate is a good fit. The candidate also must complete and pass our programming test, which includes questions related to business, logical thinking, problem solving, brainstorming, and teamwork.

Orientation
The last step of the onboarding process is orientation. If hired, each new team member is thoroughly trained about relevant up-to-date technology, frameworks, product innovation skills, work ethics and so much more.

While onboarding new employees, we send them to internal projects for on-the-job training to know our working process, culture, methodology, etc.

Full-stack Developer (NodeJS, ReactJS)

We are looking for a full-stack developer to work on an innovative full-stack project on the mobile platform. Your code's primary execution environment will be inside the native apps, but will also include other parts of the mobile ecosystem. You will be a part of the development team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to development, testing and deployment.

Your Skills and Experience:

* 3+ years of object-oriented software development experience
* Node.js: Expresjs, Koa.js, Hapi.js, LoopBack is a plus
* Both SQL like MySQL, MSSQL and NoSQL like MongoDB
* HTML/CSS/JS
* Linux knowledge is a plus, experience in working with AWS
* A solid understanding of REST APIs

Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who manages and drives QA excellence in the scrum teams as a key member and QA leader. Have oversight of the QAs in the scrum teams and the deliverables for the product from discovery to launch.

Your Skills and Experience:

* 2-3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing preferably in Mobile Apps and Web.
* Experience managing the QA process in an Agile or Scrum delivery.
* Excellent organizational skills ability to concurrently inspire and direct QA practices and process across multiple delivery teams.
* Experience and detailed technical understanding of project and system development life-cycles.
* Hands on troubleshooting experience in web application based solutions
* Able to communicate effectively in English and good listening and comprehension skills.

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an UI/UX Designer who will conduct user research and come up with elegant but eligible solution for engaging web and/or mobile experience, then translate to sketches, wire-frames, develop mockups, create clickable prototypes, solve UI/UX challenges and ensure proper translations of mocks to the final product.

Your Skills and Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
* Experience in design for both web and mobile
* Proven knowledge of UX and experience of product developer projects
* Strong know-how of UI/UX design patterns and creating user-centered designs
* Passionate about design and continual improvement
